P.S. The fact that Nev and Bevs are opposites is pretty funny. Nev is the slow-burn kind of romantic person, while Bevs is the love-at-first-sight type!
After Nev introduced Bevs to the group, StarBoy wasn’t there because he was at work. When he finally got home, he noticed Bevs and immediately turned to the nearest person, Bonnie the Bunny Nurse.
“Yo, Bun, who’s that? Why does she look like Nev, but that isn’t Nev?” ; StarBoy ask.
Bonnie sighed; “First of all, he’s a he, not a she. That’s Nev’s creation. I’m warning , Bevs is dangerous, so don’t mess with him. Earlier, I tried starting a conversation with him and he immediately shoved me away and demanded me to leave him alone.”
StarBoy ignored the warning and went straight to mess with Bevs. At first, Bevs tried to ignore him, just like he’d done with Bonnie, but StarBoy was persistent. Somehow, his jokes managed to break throug Bevs’s serious exterior and Bevs actually started laughing at them.
Next two or three days, StarBoy kept making him laugh and before Bevs even realized it, he had started falling in him. Of course, Bevs didn’t tell anyone about his feelings. Unfortunately for him,
AlexanDra, StarBoy’s little sister, had already figured it out. Whenever Bevs refused to listen to her orders, she’d threaten to tell StarBoy about his little crush. However, StarBoy never believed her because he thought Bevs was far too serious for romance. To him, Bevs was just a big, intimidating bodyguard.
Until one day, after StarBoy finished work, Bevs came to pick him up. The two chatted casually in the car, talking about all sorts of things until Bevs suddenly confessed his feelings.
At first, StarBoy thought he was joking. When he acted as though he didn’t take the confession seriously, Bevs felt relieved, thinking he’d managed to escape the embarrassment of being rejected. That was until the next day, when StarBoy casually called him “babe” instead of his name. Bevs froze, staring at him in disbelief. It took him a moment to realize what had happened. StarBoy had actually accepted his feelings and apparently, his way of telling Bevs was by simply calling him “babe” the next day. If nothing had happened.
Bevs was NOT prepared for that.
